Riveting principle:
The rivet of the rivet is a metal cylinder or metal tube with a slightly smaller perforated diameter, passing through the workpiece to be riveted, and the ends of the rivet
Tapping or pressing the metal column thickens the rivet head at both ends so that the workpiece cannot be removed from the rivet when the external force is separated from the external force of the workpiece.
A rivet is a nail-like object that connects two strap holes and a cap with a cap. During the riveting process, the rivet parts are connected with the rivet. There are many kinds of rivets, which are not restricted.
Type and use:
Commonly used are R-shaped rivets, fan-shaped rivets, core rivets (rivets), tree rivets, semi-circular head, flat head, semi-air rivets, and solid rivets for self-degradable connection riveting.
Generally, cold rivets smaller than 8mm use hot rivets larger than this size. But there are exceptions, such as the nameplate on some locks, that is, the transmission amount of the rivet and the keyhole are riveted.
